PR97 is a range of world leading flame retardant hot metal splash protective fabrics; for clothing designed to protect workers from burns and injuries when exposed to splashes of molten metals from Aluminium, Cryolite, Iron, Steel, Copper and Magnesium. PR97 fabrics also offer additional protection benefits from hazards such as radiant and convective heat and electric arc. Worker heat stress issues are also addressed due to the superior natural, breathable and comfort properties of the fabrics. The protective properties are a permanent feature of PR97 fabrics and will therefore remain constant over the service life of a garment
